「刀姿 sword figure」
平造り庵棟、身幅重尋常、反り無しふくら程良く枯れる。茎は生で筋違い鑢がかかる。茎尻は浅い栗尻。
「地鉄 jigane」
地鉄は板目肌が流れ地沸付く。
「刃紋 hamon」
刃紋は湾れ互の目、砂流しかかり金筋が入る。釯子は乱れ込み小丸に返る。
「特徴 detailed」
政光、本名は髙野光治、埼玉県本庄市（旧児玉町）在住、師は髙野政賢、日本美術刀剣保存協会新作展６回入選の実力派刀匠。
本作、お守り刀として作られた短刀です。
為銘は切られておらず、お守り刀として最適です。
Masamitsu—whose real name is Takano Mitsuharu—is a skilled swordsmith living in Honjō City (formerly Kodama Town) in Saitama Prefecture.
He studied under Takano Masakane and is a highly accomplished smith, having been selected six times for the NBTHK Shinsakutō Exhibition.
This piece is a tantō forged as an omamori-gatana (protective talisman blade).
There is no tame-mei (dedication inscription), making it ideal as a protective charm sword.

鞘(saya) ：白鞘。
