<体配 style>
鎬造り庵棟、身幅重とも尋常、鳥居反り大鋒。茎は生で筋違い鑢がかかり茎尻は栗尻と成る。
The style is Shinogizukuri with Iorimune, and the width and thick is usually. Also it has an Tori-sori and Oh-kissaki.
The Nakago is original, and design of the file is kesyo-yasuri, and end of nakago is kurishiri.
<彫り物 carving>
彫物は片チリの棒樋がハバキ下まで掻き流しとなる。また差表には腰添樋が入る。
BOHI is Kakinagashi(Scratch and Sink) to the under of HABAKI. Scratch and Sink
<地鉄 jigane>
板目肌が流れ、地沸良く付く。
Itame hada flows and becomes Masame hada.
Then, It has a lot of Jinie.
<刃紋 hamon>
互の目乱れ、刃縁に沸が付き、砂流し栄んにかかり、刃中には金筋、稲妻が入る。帽子は乱れ込み小丸に返る。
Gunome midare. habuchi has Nie and a lot of Sunanagashi. Hachu with kinsuji and inazuma. Boshi is Midarekomi and Komaru.
<特徴 detailed>
新井一貫斎政幸、本名、新井幸一。明治41年生。埼玉県岩槻市住。無鑑査刀匠の酒井一貫斉繁正の門人で、笠間繁継門の逸材として有名。
本刀は長さが74.7cmと長く、身幅も太く大鋒で豪壮な体配ですが、バランスが良いので、手持ちが軽いです。
刀身は樋中に埋金のような物が見受けられますが、鍛肌かも知れません。その他欠点に成るような傷は有りません。
研ぎの状態は古研ぎのため、曇っており、少しヒケも有りますが、地刃は良く見えます。
拵ですが、鞘も痛みが無く、柄は新しい金具類を使いリペアしました。御購入後、直ぐに試斬で使えます。
Arai Ikansai Masayuki. His real name is Koichi Arai. He was born in 1908. He is disciple of Sakai ikansai Shigemasa. And, he is one of the most talented disciples of Kasama Shigetsugu school.
This sword is long and broad and magnificent. but it has light weight and good balance.
In blade, there is something like umegane in Hi, but it may be Kitae-hada, and there is not the problem elsewhere.
The polishing condition is old polishing so it has Hike and it is clouded.
About Koshirae. The saya is good condition and the tsuka was repaired using new parts.

<拵 koshirae>
ハバキ Habaki ：素銅地一重の腰祐乗。Made of copper, and pattern is Koshiyujo.
鍔 Tsuba ：鉄地菱家紋透かし。Made of iron, and design is Hishi-kamon-sukasi.
縁頭 FuchiKashira ：銀地高波の図（新品）。Design is stormy seas.(These are new)
目貫 menuki ：龍の図（新品）。The design is Dragon.(These are new)
柄 Tsuka ：柄巻きはスエード黒の諸捻り摘み巻（新品）。The Tsukamaki is black of suede.(This is new)
鞘 Saya ：黒呂。The Saya color is kuroro(black).
<刀剣の状態 condition of blade>
研：古研ぎのため、ヒケが有ります。The polishing is old so it has hike, but it can see blade well.
傷: 欠点に成るような傷は有りません。There is no crack.
