「体配 style」
体配は鎬造り庵棟、身幅重尋常、鳥居反り中鋒。茎は生で筋違い鑢がかかり、茎尻は栗尻と成る。
The blade is of shinogi-zukuri construction with an iori-mune.
The mihaba and kasane are of standard proportions, and it has a torii-zori curvature with a chū-kissaki.
The nakago is ubu (original), finished with sujikai-yasuri file marks, and the nakago-jiri is kurijiri in form.
「彫物 carving」
彫物は表裏に片チリの棒樋が鎺下に掻き流し。
The blade is carved with bōhi on both sides, executed in kata-chiri style, and the grooves are kaki-nagashi, terminating just below the habaki.
「地鉄 jigane」
地鉄は板目肌が刃縁辺で流れ柾と成り、地沸付く。
The jigane shows an itame-hada that becomes flowing and tends toward masame near the edge of the blade, with ji-nie well formed.
「刃紋 hamon」
刃文は沸出来の湾れ刃、砂流しかかり刃中金筋が入る。帽子は乱れ込み小丸に返る。
The hamon is a nie-deki midareba, featuring sunagashi, with kinsuji appearing within the temper line.
The bōshi is midare-komi, turning back in a small round (komaru) form.
「特徴 detailed」
濃州住兼成 本名後藤良三 大正15年生まれ 岐阜県関市在住、岐阜県重要無形文化財保持者、師は渡辺兼永刀匠です。
銘を二十八代藤原兼成等とも切り、新々刀期の後藤兼成の子孫。
刀身のコンディションは良く、欠点に成るような傷は有りません、また拵のコンディションも比較的良いです。
本作は居合用に作られた刀です、そのため重量軽くバランス良く、ご購入後、直ぐに居合で使えます。
最近は、中古のコンディションの良い居合刀の入荷が、著しく減っています、どうかこの機会を逃さず手に入れて下さい。
Noshu-jū Kanenari
Real name: Ryōzō Gotō
Born in 1926 (Syowa 1)
Resident of Seki City, Gifu Prefecture
Kanenari was a designated Holder of Gifu Prefecture Important Intangible Cultural Property.
He studied under the swordsmith Watanabe Kanenaga and also signed his works as “28th generation Fujiwara Kanenari.”
He was a descendant of Gotō Kanenari of the Shinshintō period.
The blade is in very good condition, with no flaws or damage that would be considered defects.
The koshirae (mounting) is also in comparatively good condition.
This sword was forged specifically for Iaido practice.
As a result, it is light in weight, well balanced, and ready for immediate use in Iaido right after purchase.
In recent years, it has become increasingly difficult to find well-conditioned used Iaido swords.

｢拵 Koshirae｣
ハバキ(habaki) ：銀無垢一重の縦鑢。
鍔(tsuba) ：鉄地肥後松樹透かし。
縁頭(fhchikashira)：鉄地肥後野道銀杏の図金銀布目象嵌。
目貫(menuki) ：牡丹の図。
柄(tsuka) ：柄は親粒が付く。柄巻は正絹黒の諸捻り巻。
鞘(saya) ：鯉口鮫巻研ぎ出し黒呂鞘。
