<体配 style>
鎬造り庵棟、身幅重尋常、鳥居反りで中峰。茎は生で化粧鑢がかかり、茎尻は栗尻。
The style is Shinogizukuri with Iorimune. The width and thick is usually.
Also it has an Tori-sori and chu-kissaki.
Nakago is original, and design of the file is takanohane, and end of nakago is kurishiri.
<彫り物 carving>
片チリの棒樋がハバキ下に掻き流しとなる。
BOHI is Kakinagashi(Scratch and Sink) to the under of Habaki.
<地鉄 jigane>
柾目肌が良く練れて地沸が付く。
Msamehada and lot of Jinie.
<刃紋 hamon>
沸出来の丁字乱れ、足良く入り、刃緑砂流し栄にかかり、刃中は金筋が働く。帽子は乱れ込み小丸に返る。
Tyoujimidare and Niedeki.It with Ashi very well. Habuchi has sunagashi and Hachu has kinsuji. Boshi is Midarekomi and Komaru.
<特徴 detailed>
本名は柴田常雄。明治二十八年生れ、佐賀県唐津市熊の原町住。
栗原昭秀の門人で元陸軍受命刀匠、国工院会員名誉宗匠、受賞多数。
本作、重量軽くバランス良く、居合に最適です。
About Hizen Kunimitsu. His real name is Tsuneo Shibata. He was born in 1895. He lived in Karatsu-city, saga-Prefecture.
He is student of Akihide Kurihara. And he is former sword smith of Army. He got special award and lot of award.
This sword has good balance so that’s recommended to Iaido.
<拵 koshirae>
ハバキ(habaki) ：素銅地金鍍金の腰祐乗。Made of silver, and pattern is Syonai.
鍔(tsuba) ：鉄地波濤の図。Made of iron, also the design is stormy sea.
縁頭(fhchikashira)：肥後銀無垢波濤の図。Made of pure silver, also the design is stormy sea.
目貫(menuki) ：鳳凰の図。The design is Chinese phoenix
柄(tsuka) ：鮫は親粒が付き、柄巻きは牛表革の諸捻り巻。The sharkskin with big grain and Tsukaito is Cowskin of black.
鞘(saya) ：黒乾漆石目。Kanshitsu kuro(black) ishime.
<刀剣の状態 condition of blade>
研：古研ぎのため、薄錆が有ります。The polishing is old so it has thin rust, but it can see blade well.
傷: 欠点に成るような傷は有りません。There is no crack.
