「刀姿 sword figure」
体配は鎬造り庵棟、身幅重尋常、鳥居反り中鋒。茎は生で筋違い鑢がかかり、茎尻は栗尻となる。
「彫物 carving」
彫り物は片チリの棒樋がハバキ下に掻き流しに成る。
「地鉄 jigane」
地鉄は小板目肌が良く練れて良く積んだ黒味のある地鉄に、地沸良く付く。
「刃紋 hamon」
刃紋は重花丁子刃で足が良く入り、刃中稲妻が走る。帽子は乱れこみ小丸に返る。
「特徴 detailed」
肥州八代兼照（赤松太郎兼照）、本名は木村馨、昭和36年生まれ、木村兼嗣刀匠の末弟で、木村兼光、木村兼幸の叔父。
赤松太郎は、兼嗣を筆頭として兼裕、兼照、その他の門人を育成している。全ての刀工は赤松太郎と銘を付け清麿写しには定評があります。
自家製鉄により玉鋼を制作して作刀を行う為、現在流通している日刀保の玉鋼とはやや趣きが異なります
本作は居合用に作られた刀です。重量軽くバランスは最高です。刀身は研ぎ上げたばかりで、柄糸は新しく巻替えました。
ご購入後、直ぐに居合で使えます。
Hisyu Yatsushiro ju Kaneteru(Akamatsu Taro Kaneteru), whose real name is Kaoru Kimura, was born in 1961 (Showa 36). He is the youngest brother of swordsmith Kimura Kanetsugu, and the uncle of Kimura Kanemitsu and Kimura Kaneyuki.and Kaneteru. All of these swordsmiths sign their works with the name “Taro Akamatsu,” and they are especially renowned for reproductions in the style of Kiyomaro.
They forges his blades using ther own tamahagane, produced through self-made steelmaking, giving his swords a unique character distinct from the tamahagane currently distributed by the NBTHK (Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kyokai).
This sword was made specifically for iaido practice. It is lightweight with excellent balance. The blade has just been polished, and the tsuka-ito has been newly replaced.
It is ready for immediate use in iaido after purchase.
｢拵 Koshirae｣
ハバキ(habaki) ：銀無垢一重の一文字。
鍔(tsuba) ：鉄地勝虫透かしの図。
縁頭(futikasira)：銀地肥後唐草金象嵌。
目貫(menuki) ：金地鳳凰の図。
柄(tsuka) ：鮫は親粒が付く。柄スエード焦茶の諸捻り巻き。
鞘(saya) ：乾漆石目焦茶色。
